Do you accept returns?
No, unfortunately we do not accept returns, except in the rare case that the item you have received is either not what you have ordered, or is defective.
How do I keep my veil on?
All of our veils come with the option to add a sewn-in mini snap clip, which is invisible from the top yet keeps the veil from ever falling off.
How do I use the snap clip?
The snap clip works just like a hair barette. Putting the side that the clip is sewn onto facing your hair, simply unsnap the clip to open it, grab a bit of hair in the comb, and snap it closed to secure.
Can I make my veil lay better?
Everyone is different, some prefer their veils to be very fluid, others prefer some with more structure, if you would like your veil to drape better, soak it in a mixture of colorless, scentless, fabric softener and water. Soak until the lace reaches the desired softness.
How do I care for my veil?
Whenever your veil becomes soiled, wash it by hand with a gentle detergent and hang to dry. Once dry, iron it with a clean cotton cloth in between the iron and the lace to protect the lace and prevent it from melting or burning.
